This Dortmunder Export is slightly stronger and more "malt-forward" than the brewery's standard Helles. A masterclass in Bavarian balance, pouring a radiant straw-gold with a thick, frothy white head. The aroma is remarkably fresh, leading with bready malt sweetness and a distinct alpine floral note from noble hops. On the palate, it offers a smooth, medium body that is slightly richer than a standard Helles, featuring flavours of honeyed biscuits and a subtle herbal grassiness. The finish is exceptionally clean and crisp, leaving a gentle, lingering bitterness that makes it one of the most highly drinkable lagers from the Bavarian Alps. Brewed strictly according to the Bavarian Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) using alpine water, barley malt, and hops.
