Sauvelle, French for 'wild and beautiful' is a vodka made at a microdistillery in the Cognac region. Produced using wheat and filtered through three types of wood, it's rich and creamy with notes of vanilla and cherry blossom. Palate: Smooth, creamy and rounded with character, notes of vanilla and almond. Finish: Extremely smooth and creamy, with lingering vanilla and caramel. As the relentless rise of craft spirits continues to sweep across Europe, two Frenchmen Antoine and Olivier decided to combine their passion for France's deep-rooted distilling traditions and their love of fine Vodka to bring you Sauvelle. Launched in June 2015, Sauvelle was immediately available at some of London's top bars, with their mixologists and bartenders helping the brand to develop perfect serves and Sauvelle-specific cocktails.
