A deliciously light and refreshing limited edition fruit cider with a blend of elderflower juice and cucumber extract. Clear watery with just a faint hint of yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of elderflower. Taste is fruity apple, floral, elderflower, slight cucumber, very sugary sweet. Thin syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, sweet finish. The motivation behind Annings Fruit Ciders came from the desire to produce real-tasting, full-flavoured fruit ciders a world away from the sugary alternatives on the market already. We use real fruit extracts carefully blended with West Country cider to produce a range of refreshingly moreish drinks in five delicious flavours.
