Chairman White Rum 70cl

A classic aged rum from the beautiful island of St. Lucia in the Caribbean. A blend of three to four year old rums distilled in a combination of copper pot stills and a Coffey still. Further ageing for three years in old American whiskey barrels gives a truly mature character. The rum must be filtered of colour under low pressure, leaving a colourless rum with all the characteristics of an aged rum.
On the palate, zesty citrus notes are most prominent with hints of sweet raisins and a creamy balanced finish. Its aged but colourless character makes it perfect for mixed drinks and cocktails such as a Daiquiri
