Tapatio Blanco Tequila is aged for one month in tank to soften the flavours but retaining the pronounced agave nose which is to our mind the standard against which to judge other Tequilas.
Colour: brilliantly clear. Taste: intensity and pungent on the attack. Muy macho and suave intensity. Intense earthy agave character, like pavement after a summer rain. Smoky with floral notes in the aroma. Sweet, thick, and viscous in the mouth. White pepper and lemon flavours mix with the agave. Harsh and hot in the finish
