Herradura Reposado Tequila has the best reputation, acceptance and is well known in Mexico. It is aged in white oak barrels for 11 months. The soft flavour of the wood is combined with the Agave to give life to the most famous rested Tequila in Mexico and the world. Casa Herradura has produced this 100% Blue Agave Tequila for over 24 years. Its traditional taste can be enjoyed in more than 50 countries. The tequila is a darker yellow golden colour and has forceful earthy and floral aromas. Once you get past the influence of the nose, you can smell modest notes of fruit and vanilla. On the tip of the tongue the tequila is mellow and soft but yet has a restrained agave taste. While the tequila has a low bitterness, it is actually fairly sweet. The flavour has strong agave and earthy attributes which are followed by moderate floral flavours. Finally, there are mild flavours of fruit, vanilla, and spicy accents. The tequilas finish is a long length of flavour followed by a numbing alcohol feeling
