An amber coloured seven-year-old Armagnac with a bouquet of prunes and baked bread. Smooth and well rounded with a fine oak and vanilla finish. Château du Tariquet craft some superb Bas-Armagnacs. This was aged for at least 7 years, beautifully balanced with a hint of rancio. Appearance: Clear, light bright golden.Aroma: Green grapes, pear, pear drops and stewed apples with vanilla, raw pastry and floral honeysuckle. Faint moist ginger cake and orange zest. Taste: Light and fruity in style. Pronounced stewed apple and pear drops with dried fruit, green apple skin and mandarin zest. Cinnamon and clove spice with flour-like powdery vanilla oak. Aftertaste: Lingering pear drops, green grapes and stewed fruit with a touch of spiced oak
