Teichenne Vanilla Schnapps is based on vanilla seed pods sourced from their native origins the Caribbean. Sweet and very delicious, with distinctive creamy vanilla and white chocolate flavours and aromas. A crisp entry leads to a sweetish light-to medium-bodied palate with vanilla ice cream and toasty coconut flavours. Very clean, pure and tasty. The long and complicated curing process and the need of manual pollination are some of the reasons why vanilla is one of the most expensive spices.
Teichenne Schnapps comes from a family-owned distillery in the Catalan region of Spain. Natural ingredients and real fruit essences combine to produce a dizzying rainbow of flavours like Banana, Green Apple, Kiwi, Blackcurrant, Coffee and Coconut Schnapps. The Teichenne story begins in 1956, when Juan Teichenne Senaux began handmaking liqueurs in the small town of L'Arbo. By the late 1980s Teichenne was the Spanish market leader; today it is an international brand. Like all schnapps in the Teichenne range, it can be enjoyed as a chilled shot, over ice or in a host of exciting cocktails
