Roberto Cavalli Vodka from the flamboyant Italian designer Roberto Cavalli who has unveiled his own brand of vodka. The vodka is made using Italian water and Italian-grown grain, and is filtered through Italian marble. "This vodka is clear, captivating and brilliant ”" like the women that inspire me," Cavalli said in a statement. Cavalli himself designed the bottle, which features a snake coiling around it. The vodka's website also suggests a handful of cocktail recipes, including Cavalli's Cherry Crush, made with lime and cherry cream; Cavalli's Red Ruby, made with blueberry juice and peach cream, and his take on the classic martini. Aroma: Fairly neutral with hints of nuts and dried fruit. Taste: Creamy palate starts soft and slightly sweet with fennel and anise but quickly builds with peppery spice turning dry with nutty, raisin notes. Aftertaste: The finish is dry and peppery with lingering star anise.
