Black Mountain Liqueur 50cl

Black Mountain Liqueur is a blackcurrant flavoured apple brandy it has a rich and aromatic taste with no added sugars. It is great on its own, over ice, with tonic or spring water or - our favourite - sparkling white wine! Try mixing with your favourite mixer to create your own unique taste. For centuries, the country folk of the southern Marches - the borderland between England and Wales - have produced exhilarating drinks derived from the bountiful fruits of the Wye and Usk valleys. The recipes were medicinal spirit-based drinks. Commonly called cordials, from the Latin 'cor' for heart, they were taken as pick-me-ups and stimulants prior to the more modern custom of being employed as social drinks.
