Richmond Station Ale 50cl

Richmond Brewing Company a new venture, set up by two experienced head brewers. Situated in The Old Station, Richmond, the company provides first class ales in bottle and cask in Richmond, and in the Yorkshire area. Richmond Station Ale is a light golden coloured bitter brewed using ale and crystal malts with English hedgerow hops. It pours a light golden colour, with a white, fine-bubbled, lasting head. The nose is very hoppy indeed, with a floral, grapefruity hint to it. In the mouth these hops are again at the forefront as a fruity bitterness. Fruit flavours are of bitter grapefruit and orange marmalade. The beer is quite light-bodied, so the hops are the dominant characteristic. It finishes bitter and fruity, with a lingering hoppy, bitter aftertaste. This is a clean and refreshing beer.
