On the nose, it shows a lively blend of citrus peel, light tropical fruit and floral hop aromas, underpinned by a soft malt sweetness. The first sip brings a zesty hit of grapefruit and lemon rind, followed by piney, resinous edges that give it a firm IPA character. As it develops on the palate, the five-malt backbone reveals layers of biscuit, light caramel, and a gentle toasted grain note, offering balance to the hop bitterness. The finish is crisp, moderately dry, and lingering with citrus bitterness, making it refreshing while retaining depth
