Boë Superior Gin produced in the ancient village of Doune Scotland to a Victorian recipe. Boë Superior Gin subtleties are all in the selection and preparation of its botanicals, the fine balance of herbs and spices crucial to its distinctive taste. Juniper berries and their flavoursome oils are at the heart of the gin distillation, but it takes many more elements to make Boe Superior Gin special. Boe Gin includes Ginger, Orris Root and Cassia Bark - or Chinese cinnamon as it's sometimes known. Warmth and flavour come from the Grains of Paradise. Orange and Lemon peel are there too, together with Cardamom Seeds, Almonds and the peppery tones of the Cubeb Berry.
