Pours a beautiful, clear chestnut-to-gold color with a smooth, frothy off-white head. On the nose, it hits with a traditional, earthy bouquet highlighted by notes of nutty grains, vanilla, bready sourdough, and a light floral touch. On the palate, it delivers a distinctly robust malt character that brings forward rich, creamy flavours of sweet biscuit, toffee, and a hint of marshmallow. This old-fashioned sweetness is brought sharply up to date with an enhanced hopping rate, including a late-stage hop addition that laces the profile with a zesty marmalade and light citrus contrast. The mouthfeel is thick, fluffy, and exceptionally well-balanced, clearing up into a crisp, dry finish.
