Saison Dupont Biologere 25cl

Saison Dupont Biologere is an organic version of Dupont's classic, Saison. It has a loose, bubbly head and an aroma composed of lemons, zest and pear drops. On the palate it is heavily characterised by esters, with bitter, hoppy zest, vanilla, light caramel and an elusive spiciness. Saison Dupont Bio is very refreshing, the mouthfeel isn't too fizzy - and it is probably best served chilled. However, its flavour is much more intense than might be expected from the strength - there is even something of a spirit kick on the roof of the mouth. Aftertaste simplifies to light malt, avoiding any cloying sensation and leaving the palate clean - great for a session.
