Watou Wit Bier pours a shiny pale yellow colour and a foamy, thick white head. Very dense. Bubbled over the edge of the glass. The aroma is spicy, full of orange peel, and coriander, among other things. Very lively and appealing. Watou Wit Bier is refreshing and spot on for the style. Very light, refreshing, crisp citrus taste. Nice thick yeast thickness on the bottle swirl. Earthy undertones combined with the citrus kick. Very smooth and refreshing. What a belgian wit should taste like in my opinion. Highly charged, carbonation light bodied, and refreshing.
