Lazzaroni's Maraschino is made from marasca cherries, processed and distilled much like brandy, and then combined with a pure cane syrup, aged and filtered, and turned into a sweet cherry infused liqueur. Lazzaroni's Maraschino is a clear, relatively dry liqueur thats made from the cherries but also includes the crushed pits which give it a subtle, bitter, almond flavour
