Floris Framboise has an aroma of pure raspberries, caster sugar, lemons, malt and a nice mouthwatering tartness. Mouthfeel is spritzy with a light body. Taste is absolutely delicious with tart, sour raspberries, a dry acidity, A super sweet-fruity flavour that bodes well. Hops and malt are delicate and balance the overwhelming raspberries.Nice tart finish and some malty notes that end the beer. Aftertaste sweet for a long time! Overall Floris Framboise is a great sweet beer that would be an excellent pair with a chocolate dessert. All the ingredients are in perfect harmony. An overwhelmingly excellent brew.
