Niagara Peninsula Cabernet Franc Red Ice' is a new dimension in Icewine that's setting new standards. Rose and salmon tints of colour precede a soft, elegant bouquet. Aromatics of light tropical fruit, pepper and spice promise full fruit flavours blended with hints of Cabernet spice and a delightfully long finish. The fruit is harvested in the winter at a maximum temperature of -10 degrees Celsius or colder when it is frozen solid on the vine. The frozen grapes are then pressed and the resultant nectar exudes aromas of apricot and honey with a fine overall balance between fruit flavours, sweetness and acidity
