Niagara Peninsula Riesling Icewine pours a brilliant golden yellow hue with sensual citric bouquets of Pear, apricot, apple peel and lily aromas. It has complexity with a bold and beautiful Riesling character. Medium-full with excellent concentration, this is an incredibly rich, yet graceful and subtle ice wine that has a very long finish with light sweetness, vibrant acidity and a subtle hint of spice. As with a fine Riesling Auslese, the grapes are carefully selected and harvested as late as possible. So appealing now, this will drink well for another 5-7 years. A delicious riesling icewine--serve with ginger ice cream and cookies.
