La Divine 33cl

La Divine pours as a relatively light amber colour. The head was smooth and consistent. The nose is subtle with a noted bready yeastiness, a difference from the usual fruity esters of plum and banana in others. La Divine mouthfeel is great, with a cleanness not often seen either, full and balanced. Some dried orange/citrus flavours some peppery, bready notes. There is some good malt and toffee flavours which are well complemented by the firm hop balance. La Divine finishes with a dry bitter mouthfeel but with some floral notes and spice coming through. Well brewed beer.
