Quinta do Noval Ruby Port is a blend of young wines from various years, aged for three years in wood casks and bottled after filtration and is ready to drink when bottled. Quinta do Noval has rich full-bodied flavours of raspberry, plum and spice, it retains the red colour and fruit flavour of youth, offering a rich, fruity, sweet taste. Quinta do Noval Ruby Port pairs well with blue veined cheeses, rich chocolate desserts especially with raspberry sauce or simply squares of dark chocolate and toasted walnuts.
