"The Emperor's Beer" Pours with a finger head that fades fairly slowly over super hazy wheat orange yellow colour. The aroma has plenty of Belgian malts, golden malts, Belgian yeast with darker fruit, fig, white raisin, apricot. Then light candi sugar, hint of booze and esters. Taste starts with more sugar flavours, quite sweet but not overly, candy sugar again, white molasses, light spices. A bit of booze and esters as well, with Belgian golden malts and Belgian yeast once again. Plenty of fruits again, apricot, pear, light white raisin and light fig and nutty, with light spices as well. Finishes a bit bitter, lingering spices and fruits, bit more booze and esters as well as sweet like malts but quite dry. Mouthfeel is medium to a bit heavier bodied, lots of carbonation, a hint of booze, tasty and drinkable
