Smith Woodhouse LBV Port 75cl
Smith Woodhouse remains one of the few Port shippers to make and age their Late Bottled Vintage Port in the traditional style. After vinification, the wine is aged first in large wood barrels for four years and then bottled unfiltered and aged at least another 4 years before release. The result is a creamy, mellow, LBV with no sign of spirity heat. Bright deep ruby colour. Brimming with aromas of red and black berry fruits, with very attractive floral nuances and a twist of pepper.
