Thatchers Katy Rose Refreshingly light and fruity, this medium rosé cider has been blended and blushed from the rosiest Katy apples, at Thatchers myrtle farm in Somerset. Served lightly chilled, Katy rosé adds a bit of sparkle to life and is perfect for enjoying on your own or with friends! Pours a pink and red colour with a faint white head. Aroma of sweet red apples, pear and some toffee. Flavour of sweet, slightly tart red apples, pear, toffee and vinegar. Smooth mouthfeel with lively carbonation and a sweet finish with loads of apples. No carbonation makes this come out as a rose wine. Enjoyable
