Vedett pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a thick white foamy head, good retention with lacing patches, high carbonation, The aroma is fruity, lemon, orange and banana, spicy alongside the usual doughy wheat. Very refeshing. Delicately light on the palate. Delightfully coarse to the point of being tingly. Cream open to lemon estery hop body with a lovely lemon finish. The wheat is present but scaled back to highlight the esters. Well built and balanced. Quite refreshing and enjoyable wit. Zesty, citrus, general fruityness, plenty of lemon/lime. Clean and crisp late, fine summer quaffer, bring on the hot weather lunches of salads, cheese and bread and this will be a fine partner
