We use a good quality brandy as the base spirit for this product, not unlike its' cousin Cherry Brandy.The high concentration of fruit to brandy results in a sweet and fruity liqueur, tasting predominantly of aromatic cherry from the sloe, a hint of almond from the stone, a pleasant hint of brandy, a rounded finish and a strong warming glow. It's enjoyed by brandy lovers and haters alike.
Traditionally drunk neat either as an after-dinner digestif or as a warming shot on a chilly day, but fast becoming a popular summer cocktail base. Try adding chilled champagne or sparkling wine
