Weltevrede Cape Muscat is a full sweet white wine, which was picked as late as 28 degrees Balling. Fortified after 24 hours skin contact, there is no doubt this is a stickie, though it retains plenty of its fresh Muscat grape flavors. Serve with crème caramel or brulée to best enjoy its spicy and creamed honey flavors. Or, for something entirely different, drink on its own with crushed ice and a slice of lemon
