Roisin is a rosé-coloured beer made with tayberries, a cross between a raspberry and a blackberry. Roisin (pronounced Rosheen) tastes of all the good things a micro-brewed beer should (malt & hops) but with a distinct, delicate fruit aroma. Oh, and its pink!! It is best enjoyed chilled, but not freezing cold, otherwise we are wasting time and resources making it so good and flavoursome. Tasting: perfumed, floral and raspberry-fruity nose. has a soft fruity flavour & dry finish with none of the tartness usually associated with fruit beer
