Knockeen Hills Heather Gin is a premium, traditional, London Cut Dry Gin, it is further enhanced, by using its own exclusive five-times distilled Irish Spirit, to achieve a unique and noticeable smoother delivery of spirit on the palate. The botanicals are steeped in the spirit for at least 24 hours; a process that improves their complexity within the gin. They are selected for lightness, flavour and fragrance, and enabled with the addition of natural heather. The result is a truly outstanding boutique Gin that no longer requires the addition of lemon, when creating a traditional G & T. With outstanding credentials. Awarded a Silver Medal at the 2009 International Wine and Spirit Competition in the 47% vol. + category, along with only Tanqueray 10 and Finsbury Platinum.
Note this is a 1lt bottle not available in most places compare the size of this bottle to a llt of Bombay and you can really see the size difference. Re-use the bottle for Olive Oil or Sloe Gin
