Chapel Down Flint Dry made in the Chapel Winery in Tenterden. An un-oaked blend not unlike a decent Muscadet. The style is deliberately steely with a flinty mineral character, yet with lovely herbaceous tones. A very smooth well balanced wine. Extended lees contact adds body, flavour and complexity. Ideal as an aperitif or with pasta or seafood
