Bruges Zot Bier 33cl

Bruges Zot pours with a one and a half fingers of white foam on a clear, golden body. The head settles quickly and leaves moderate lace. The aroma is fruity yeast with some bubblegum and peppery notes of clove and anise. Pilsner malt and toasted grain in the background. Big yeast flavour, tropical fruit and anise. The malt comes out a bit in the middle, toast and a hint of caramel. Some hops actually come into the taste. There is a nice citrus backdrop that comes to the forefront as it warms. Some pilsner malt appear in the finish along with herbal european hops. Medium-thick body, high carbonation, and a slightly dry finish. Pretty drinkable and complex for a beer of this strength. The yeast character is nice Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, decent kick, good representation of style, this is a nice sour-style beer that is worth drinking
