Ponche Caballero is produced today the same way it has been done for nearly a century. Ponche Caballero is produced by way of a long and meticulous process with selection of brandy from Spain, and selected natural products: delicious andalucian oranges, plums, sultanas, dried fruits, syrups and powdered cinnamon.
The new label design has dropped the word 'Ponche' from it, and added 'The Spirit of Spain' instead; under the 'Caballero' name, hope that clarifys that issue
