Moleca Gold Cachaca is named for the "joyful personality of the authentic Brazilian woman," Moleca is an ultra-premium cachaça. While rum is made from sugar refined into molasses, authentic cachaças like this are distilled from fresh sugar cane, lending the spirit a lighter flavour. The 3-year-old Gold variety is a golden hue, is characterised by its smoothness and woody flavour, and easily drinkable over ice.
