Plantation Guyana 1990 Rum is 13 years old, aged in bourbon barrels, 100% pot still (distilled in a small traditional copper still), long fermentation, its from the west coast of Demerara, and distilled using techniques that date back several centuries. Its bouquet is redolent with flambeed bananas, dried figs, and raisins. It is beautifully balanced on the palate with a long aftertaste
