J Bally Ambre Agricole Rum from the Caribbean, Martinique, is distilled from fermented fresh cane juice as an 'rhum agricole'. A lovely light amber in colour, with medium, balanced, subtle tastes derived from 2 years of ageing in large vats.
This rums' aroma is best described as amaretti biscuits. Delicious honey cane sweetness with a fry nutty finish. A very refined rum.
