1921 Tequila Reserva Especial aged 8 months in 200 liter American oak barrels, used exclusively for this very special Reserva, where the wood has blended its most sophisticated characteristics with the agave from Jalisco's soil. Pale amber colour. Vibrant aromas of tropical fruit custard, candied ginger, honeyed nuts, and cream cheese. A soft, satiny entry leads to a dryish medium-full body of creme brulee, grilled tropical fruits, anise, roasted peppers, and minerals with a long, cocoa, cola nut, brown spice and white pepper fade.
