1921 Tequila Blanco recaptures the traditional craftsmanship in the making of Tequila with tools and processes used in the 18th century crearting a unique Tequila. Produced in the Los Altos region of Jalisco. 1921 Blanco Tequila has a strong and pungent nose with alot of intensity and smooth complexity; combination of wet cement agave with moderate pepper, chamomile, and slight citrus. Low sweetness and medium mouth feel. Wet cement agave flavors with a caramel sweetness dominate the palate, overriding the moderate floral and spice components. Finish has low sweetness with medium bitterness, hot alcohol, and a tangy agave aftertaste
The line of 1921 Tequila include Blanco, Reposado, Reserva Especial and the 1921 Tequila Cream.
