Pedro Domecq Carlos 1 Imperial Brandy has been aged for 15 years in American oak casks seasoned with sherry. Copper amber colour. Rich, oily roasted nut, olive, and dark chocolate aromas. A smooth entry leads to a dryish medium-bodied palate with dark chocolate frosted vanilla cake, oaked nut, olive juice, dried pineapple, and robust brown spices. Finishes with an even spice and chocolate fade. Very drinkable
