Macchu Pisco is made from the assertive Quebranta grape using labor-intensive copper pot still distillation. The most natural and sublime form of spirit, Macchu Pisco is distilled in a non-continuous process in order to obtain just the heart of the distillate. Macchu Pisco is rested for three months so that the constituting elements mix well together. It makes a delicious base for the iconic Pisco Sour, though its smooth and subtly flavourfull when served on ice
