Hayman's Old Tom Gin is a premium distilled Gin from 100% grain spirit at 40% alc vol. Hayman's Old Tom Gin is based on an original Old Tom recipe from the company's archives. It is made under the careful supervision of the master distiller from 100% grain spirit and a blend of botanicals with Juniper being the most dominant. It is similar in style to London Dry Gin but being lightly sweetened adds a mild and subtle undertone which makes drinking Old Tom Gin a more complex experience than London Dry Gin. It can also be compared to a Gin Liqueur, however it is only lightly sweetened in comparison. It was a key ingredient in many classic cocktail recipes created before 1940 such as Tom Collins, Ramos Fizz and Gibson Girl Martini.
