Echo Spring Bourbon aged for 4 years is from the Heaven Hill stable. Produced in Old Bardstown at the Echo Spring distillery in the heart of Kentucky. Quite a change from previous bottlings with more youth here, on the nose it is sweet and green. On the palate it is full of flavour with hints of mint and liquorice, rye domination but lashings of mouthwatering grains, nonetheless . It has a lively end with hints of smokeless evident, Some late liquorice hinting age at the finish
