La Mare Jersey Cream Liqueur combines the fine spirit of Jersey Apple Brandy, distilled at La Mare Vineyards and made from cider from Jersey-grown apples, and the smoothness and taste of the world famous Jersey cream from the Jersey Dairy.
"This cream liqueur brings together two distinct local and traditional flavours and textures,” says La Mare's managing director Tim Crowley. "This a sophisticated drink that in terms of quality, taste and fragrance competes and, in the opinion of all who have tasted it so far, even excels over other similar cream-based products on the market.”
This luxurious, velvety liqueur, silky smooth, rich and opulent is perfect poured over ice - "A Jersey on ice”, or on its own at room temperature. Alternatively, use with a little imagination in cocktails, or as a decadent addition to a cup of coffee!
