Luxardo Passione Rossa is a variation of the Passione Nera, based on Sambuca dei Cesari. It is aromatised with cranberry, with a production recipe entailing several levels of successive infusions to blend the different ingredients. The predominant taste is star anise. However, it is combined with a new light sweet sensation on the palate. The sensuous tastes of Luxardo's sambuca mingle fantasticaly with cranberry creating a liqueur of pure Italian style and sophistication.
