The Akashi-Tai Sake Brewery, has made premium artisanal Japanese beverages for over 140 years. Akashi-Tai is a family-owned Sake producer, which specialises in traditional methods of production, and, as the first producer to create a brown rice Sake. The Akashi-Tai portfolio of Sakes comprises the three key styles: traditional Honjozo, elegant Daiginjo and innovative Genmai (brown rice) aged sake. In the glass, it has a dry, sherried, yeasty complexion served chilled. But warm, it is transformed as a smooth, mouth-filling, slightly sweet experience with a citrus kick. It's really quite moreish and, despite its hefty alcohol percentage
