Anee Calvados Pays dAuge VSOP is a brandy made from apples from the top orchards in Normandy, having has 3-year oak aged. Anee Calvados Pays dAuge VSOP has an appley nose followed by vigorous palate and crisp finish. The brand Anée first appeared in 1919 and the name and enthusiasm for Anée Calvados has been handed down from generation to generation. The distillery is at Cormeilles in the heart Pays d'Auge, where they have four traditional cellars containing over 1,500 oak casks of fine maturing Calvados. These are carefully blended by the cellarmaster to produce this famous range of Calvados. Great in a snifter on its own or in cooking recipies that call for an apple brandy.
