Lindeman's Pecheresse peach flavoured lambic pours a cloudy, golden colour with a small white head, plenty of bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass. The Aroma is peaches and of ripe fruits apricot/apple. Lindeman's Pecheresse is a moderately tart beer, sweet/sour with notes of apples, ripe fruits, pears. this lambic is dry, light, and crisp, with a nice amount of peach flavour. It features the classic lambic tang with the mouthfeel surprisingly clean and dry, especially in the finish. Lip-smacking and smooth, with airy carbonation that allows you to fully explore the flavour. Just let it linger on your tongue before you swallow.
