Floris Passion tastes more like a true lambic beer with the interplay of sweet and sour that one hopes to find. Floris Passion has a good nose to it and a tangy mouth feel. The flavour of the passion fruit came through clearly, without a hint of white grape juice or any of the other junk that often gets thrown in to cut the costs of expensive specialty fruits. This beer is a little more wild and rough around the edges in a good way.
